Section 123
No sexual activity in public places
(1) No one shall have sexual intercourse or any unnatural intercourse with anyone in a public place or in any other place where other people can see it.
(2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to one year or a fine of up to ten thousand rupees or both.
